Waivers are available to be signed online prior to your activities. Any person participating who is 18 years or older must complete a waiver for themself. Minor participants will need to be signed for by their parents or guardian. Waivers are required for the following activities:

We recommend that you arrive for your activity 30 minutes prior. Sailing charters and Eco Tours may arrive 15 minutes prior.

As with any water sport, you may get wet. Water-friendly apparel and footwear is advised. Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen and water are always advised.

Reservations are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours prior to your activity. In the event of a weather-related cancellations, Island Water Sports will contact you regarding rescheduling or refunding your reservation.

Fishing is not allowed on any of the docks in South Beach Marina.
Fishing is not allowed on rental kayaks or rental boats. -
No. Rentals are only for pleasure cruising.
We recommend a banana boat ride if interested in a tow able experience. -
While we can never fully guarantee that nature will cooperate, it is rare to be on the water and not be able to experience some wildlife.

There is not an age limit for Eco & Wildlife boat tours or Salty Cat sails. Children under age two (2) are free, but still must be counted in the passenger totals as all of our vessels have a capacity limit. Please call to book if you have a child under two years so they can be included in the reservation.

The recommended age for SUP is 12 years or older, and weighing at least 75 pounds. If you are at least 12 years old, you are not required to have a parent or guardian with you, although it is preferred that an adult accompany anyone under at least 16 years.

To be in their own single kayak, children must be 13 years or older. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by at least one adult (18+ years old) in their group.

No. There is not a specific age limit for a kayak tour. The tour will last for 90 minutes, and will be a mix of groups so you’ll want to make sure your child will last the full time.
For kayak rentals there must be at least one adult (18+ years old) in the group. -
Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the Salty Cat.
Drink tickets for alcoholic beverages are available for purchase prior to your trip.
