Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 8) had a blast. Chase was a fun guide who went out of his way to make the kids feel like stars and helped them also feel safe. Tour has max of 6 spots and our family of 4 were the only ones on it. Tour leaves from South Beach Marina in Sea Pines. Chase took us around the key sites, explaining and orienting and patiently got us to where we could see dolphins and kept us amused in between. He helped us on and off the boat at the vanishing Island ( sandbar).

When we spoke to Mia on the phone, she asked many questions to check my level experience boating. Then Trey and his brother went over the pontoon boat and helped us take off, then return to the slip to ensure a smooth transition. Even though I have had a pontoon many years, it was refreshing to know that they put this type of effort into the experience.
